All orders are processed in the order they are received (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We roast-to-order to ensure ultimate freshness.
During periods of high volume, typically when we are running big promotions and marketing efforts, shipping times may vary, but we work around the clock to get your coffee to you asap!
You will receive notifications throughout the journey of your coffee and merchandise, including a notification when your order has shipped and it's been delivered.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping kicks in automatically when you reach $30*! We also offer additional shipping deals from time to time, so keep and eye on your inbox, our website, or our social media pages.
* – Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping outside the contiguous U.S., or free expedited shipping.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 25 miles of our roasting facility.
Deliveries are made on Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
We offer international shipping to the select countries.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Atsum Effengood is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at QA@atsumeffengood.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some of our carrier partners do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have selected to have your order delivered to a P.O. Box, additional shipping charges may be applied.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at QA@atsumeffengood.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you are not happy with your product for any reason please contact us for a free replacement product or a partial or full refund.
Atsum Effengood is happy to exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prior to mailing an item back to us, please connect with our customer service team so we can keep an eye out for your return.
Exempt from being returned are perishable goods, such as coffee. If there is a problem with the perishable goods you have received or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us.
