Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at QA@atsumeffengood.coffee with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you are not happy with your product for any reason please contact us for a free replacement product or a partial or full refund.
Atsum Effengood is happy to exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prior to mailing an item back to us, please connect with our customer service team so we can keep an eye out for your return.
Exempt from being returned are perishable goods, such as coffee. If there is a problem with the perishable goods you have received or you are not completely satisfied, please give us a call.
