Atsum's favorite time of year was from Halloween to Christmas. Based on his journal, we expect that was partly due to the increase in sales, but photos and other journal entries are evidence that he simply enjoyed the mystical and magical feeling of the season... and of course the social gatherings.

Like our other roasts, we used the very beans and roasting instructions Atsum perfected to give his holiday coffee products that same mystical and magical feeling of experiencing the change of seasons.
