One thing we learned from reading Atsum's journal and looking at all the photos and historical artifacts in the chest was he loved the holiday season. He loved the season as a businessman, of course, but there is plenty of evidence that this was also the time of year he found time to spend with friends and family.
Atsum used the holiday season to treat his customers. August, September and October were months he spent in South America, and each year he offered unique spices, oils and coffee that had an aroma and taste that created instant nostalgia.
This year we are doing the same. We are bringing back last years popular light roast, but have added a medium and dark offering that Atsum would truly be proud to serve to his customers.
Pre-orders are open now, and we will begin fulfilling order on November 5, 2019, and it's our official kick-off to the 2019 holiday season.
